The PURE Insurance Championship began in 2004 and is one of the most unique events on the PGA TOUR Champions schedule. Played annually at Pebble Beach Golf Links and Spyglass Hill Golf Course in California, the event pairs PGA TOUR Champions professionals with junior golfers from First Tee and amateurs from across the country.

Origins and Purpose

• Originally sponsored by Walmart and Nature Valley; PURE Insurance became title sponsor in 2017.
• All proceeds benefit First Tee, a youth development organization using golf to build character and life skills.
• Hosted by the Monterey Peninsula Foundation.
