Junior Invitational: Humphrey leads pack

GRANITEVILLE, S.C. (April 24, 2014) -- The cream sure rose to the top at the Junior Invitational Thursday.
The top of the leaderboard is a who's who of the game's junior stars and Vanderbilt commit Theo Humphrey is chief among them.
Humphrey shot a 3-under 69 and leads all players after Round 1 of the season's biggest junior event.
Florida commit Sam Horsfield and 16-year-old Oklahoma commit Brad Dalke shot 2-under 70 in Round 1 and are tied for second place.
Reigning U.S. Junior champion Scottie Scheffler is one of four players tied for fourth place. He shot 1-under 71 and, along with Cameron Champ, David Snyder and Austen Truslow, is tied for fourth place.
