Chris Hall defends Georgia Sr. Match Play title
ACWORTH, Ga. (May 8, 2014) -- Chris Hall successfully defended his title at the Georgia Senior Match Play Championship, defeating Don Marsh, 1-up, in Thursday's final match at Governors Towne Club.
Hall earned the No. 3 seed in match play qualifying and went on to defeat Randy Bowman, Jack Kearney and Lee Dennis en route to the finale.
Marsh, the top seed, marched through match play with wins over Tommy Beman, Jay Childs and Gay McMichael.
In the Super Senior Match Play, top-seed Jim Kamis won 1-up over No. 3 Spencer Sappington.

Open to male amateur golfers age 55 or older for

Senior Division and age 65 or older for the Super
Senior Division as of the first day of the competition.

qualifying; low 16 players advance to match play in
both divisions if there are at least 32 entries in that
