Livesay jumps out to two-shot lead at Pasadena Senior
PASADENA, Calif. (September 4, 2014) — Guy Livesay leads the Pasadena City Senior Championship by two shots over Tom Norys after the first round at Brookside Golf Club.
Livesay's three-under par round of 67 included four birdies and one bogey, which came on the par-four ninth hole. Norys made three birdies and two bogies en route to his one-under par 69.
Livesay and Norys are the only two players under par after round one. Michael Turner and Don Baker are tied for third after even-par 70's while defending champion Robert Funk is six back at 73.

54 hole individual stroke play championship for
seniors (ages 50+), flighted by handicap. Gross and
net
competitions (net players play 36 holes). The
Championship Flight is a
gross
flight. Entrants must have a verifiable low index
of
4.0 or below. The Net Flights are open to
players
with a low index ranging from 4.1 to 31.8.
Entrants
with higher indexes must play down to a 31.8
handicap index. The field will be divided into
three
flights, dependent on the number of entries
received.
