Lee Knox versus Doug Stiles in Atlanta Amateur Match Play final

ATLANTA, Ga. (Sept. 27, 2014) — Lee Knox of Augusta will take on Doug Stiles of Athens for the title at the Atlanta Amateur Match Play Championship. This competition is taking place at Druid Hills Golf Club, September 25-28.
Knox, a two-time Georgia Amateur champion, reached the finals with wins over Todd Schmitt of Atlanta in the quarterfinals (3-and-2) and Michael Motz of Milton in the semifinals (1-up).
Stiles earned a spot in the final match by defeating Matthew Russell of Dunwoody in the quarterfinals (2-and-1) and Ashton Pellicano of Albany in the semifinals (3-and-2).
The final match will begin Sunday at 8:00 a.m. at Druid Hills Golf Club.
