Dan Sullivan cruises at San Clemente City Championship
SAN CLEMENTE, Calif. (Oct. 20, 2014) — Pasadena resident Dan Sullivan headed down to San Clemente Municipal Golf Course and posted 67-66 to cruise to a three-shot win at the San Clemente City Championship.
Sullivan has played well in 2014, winning the Pasadena City Championship in May, tying for second at the Kelly Cup, and tying for third at the Southern California Public Links, among other top-10 finishes across the state.
John Adams of San Clemente came in second place, tying at 136 with Cody Gascoigne and Kirk Rose. Rose is notable at the city owned golf course for having the course record of 62.
Dusty Morton, who was tied with Sullivan at 67 after one round, shot 75 on Sunday and fell back into a tie for 17th.
Defending champion Jeff Coburn shot 72-67 and tied for eighth.

California. There will be 2 divisions, regular and
senior (55 and older). Cut after Saturday
to low 60 for regular and 20 for senior. Entry fee
