West Coast Conference Championship: LIVE SCORING
Byron Meth
SOMIS, Calif. (April 13, 2015) -- Byron Meth of the University of Pacific Men's Golf Team might be tired on Monday, but he made it back from Augusta National in time to tee off in the West Coast Conference Championship at Saticoy Country Club in Southern California.
The course, known for it's fast, undulating putting surfaces, should suit Meth's eye nicely after tackling Augusta National under the spotlight.
Although the 2014 U.S. Public Links champ missed the cut at The Masters, he finished with rounds of 74-76 to finish 2nd among the seven amateurs at 6-over, a stroke behind Canadian Corey Conners. (Conners will turn pro this week and make his debut in the PGA Tour's RBC Heritage Classic.)
