McCraine, Edwards win Cuscowilla Four-Ball by two
EATONTON, Ga. — Thanks to a stellar opening-round 64, Doug McCraine and partner Corbin Edwards teamed up to capture the 2015 Cuscowilla Four-Ball Invitational. The pair entered the final round up one over eventual second-place finishers Justin Johnson Chad Branton, and posted 71 on Sunday to win by two.
The winning team's first-round score of 64 led by a stroke over Jack Larkin and Hayes Brown, who ended up tying for third place with Poli Medrano and Lane Singleton, as well as Austin Weathington and Ryan Blackburn.
Weatherington and Blackburn were one of just two teams to break 70 during the final round, with Don Padgett and David Griffith coming in with a 69 of their own. For them, it jumped them into a tie for sixth place, just four shots off the lead.
