Hogarth, Segal win inaugural SCGA Stableford

INDIAN WELLS, Calif. — Southern California golf veterans Tim Hogarth and Corby Segal ran away with a 12-point victory at Indian Wells on Tuesday in the inaugural SCGA Stableford Team Championship.
The first round saw the duo post 75 for a two-point advantage over Casey Richards and Michael Walton. But Hogarth and Segal played even better in the final round, coming in with 79 and extending their lead to 12 points.
Second place went to Mark Miller and Dan Sullivan, who carded consistent 71s, as well as Jeffrey Fortson and Robbie Foster, who scored 74 points on Wednesday to jump into a share of the runner-up spot.
