Keith Decker claims the 2016 Dave King Senior

HAYMARKET, VA (August 10, 2016) -- Keith Decker continued his decorated amateur career as he picked up the title at the 2016 Dave King Senior. Decker fired rounds of 69-74-68 to finish with a 54-hole score of 211 and win by five-strokes at Evergreen Country Club.
Decker from Martinsville, VA finished in front of four players who tied for second place. The quartet was comprised of Gary Robinson (Fayettesville, NC), Scott Maybe (Harrisburg, PA), Jim Nirich (Catlett, VA) and John Steele (Boyds, MD).
In the Super Senior Division it was John Armstrong taking home the title. Armstrong (70-69-70--209) from Frostburg, MD finished tied with George Washburn (66-72-71--209) of Frederick, MD before winning on the fourth playoff hole.
Don Jeanes (Fairfax, VA) was third after tallies of 69-71-77--217.
The Legends Division winner was Barry Flaer from Adamstown, VA. Flaer won by six-strokes thanks to scores of 72-66-70--208.
