KEPERRA, Australia (October 13, 2016) -- Charlie Dann finished off a wire-to-wire run to claim the Kepperra Bowl at Keperra Golf Club. With the win Dann has earned an automatic qualifying spot in next weeks Isuzu Queensland Open. After three consecutive 6-under 66's, Dann closed with a 1-under 71 to finish 19-under and three clear of Zach Murray and David Micheluzzi.
Dann, who has now won two National Ranking Events, began the day with a three-stroke advantage and he extended his lead right off the bat with a birdie on No. 1. It was the beginning of a five birdie, four bogey day that allowed Dann to do more than enough to remain comfortably ahead all day long. In addition to the birdie on the first; Dann also birdied Nos. 6, 13, 14 and 16.
Zach Murray and David Micheluzzi both finished 16-under to share second place. Of the two, Murray had the best round with a 4-under 68 that was comprised of five birdies and a bogey.
Lawry Flynn was 11-under in fourth and Dylan Perry was fifth at 9-under.

ROUND THREE RECAP
A trifecta of 6-under 66's has Charlie Dann sitting pretty at 18-under and three-strokes clear of David Micheluzzi with one round remaining at the Kepperra Bowl.
In the third round at Keperra Golf Club, Dann posted a bogey-free round that included six birdies, three on each side. Dann began his day by birdieing the first two holes before proceeding to record additional birds on Nos. 9, 11, 13 and 17.
David Micheluzzi attempted to keep pace and played well but his 5-under 67 dropped him one-stroke further behind Dann. Micheluzzi, 15-under, was 5-under after a five birdie 31 one on the front nine but cooled on the homeward nine with a one birdie, one bogey even-par 36. Through three rounds Micheluzzi is 13-under on the front but just 2-under on the back.
Lawry Flynn is 13-under and in third, Zach Murray is in fourth at 12-under while Kevin Yuan is fifth at 9-under.
ROUND TWO RECAP
Charlie Dann carded his second consecutive 6-under 66 and at 12-under he holds a two-stroke lead after two rounds of the Keperra Bowl. David Micheluzzi will begin the third round at Keperra Golf Club 10-under and in second place.
A day after shooting an 8-under 28 on the frontside, Dann settled for a 2-under 34 that included a trio of birdies and a bogey. Following three straight pars to begin his inward nine, Dann caught fire down the stretch and birded four of the last six holes. The birdies came on Nos. 13, 15, 17 and 18 as Dann, who was tied with two others for the first round lead, posted a closing side 4-under 32.
Micheluzzi fired a 6-under 66 of his own in the second round to follow up on his 4-under 68 in the first round. Most of Micheluzzi's work came during his 6-under 30 front side, while his only blemish in the round come in the form of a double-bogey on No. 15.
Lawry Flynn and Blake Proverbs are 8-under and tied for third place, first round co-leader Frazer Droop is fifth at 7-under.
Dylan Perry also held a share of the opening day advantage but he is now tied for eighth at 5-under.
ROUND ONE RECAP
Frazer Droop, Dylan Perry and Charlie Dann opened with 66's to take the first round lead at the Keperra Bowl. The trio sits at 6-under and leads three players at 5-under and one-stroke back at Keperra Golf Club.
Dropp began his day with a birdie on No. 1 and then finished his opening side with four straight birdies to turn in 5-under 31. On the backside Dropp bogeyed No. 10 before carding an eagle on the par-5 11th.
Perry put together a bogey-free first round with six birdies, three on each side. The birdies for Perry came on Nos. 2, 5, 9, 10, 11 and 13.
For Dann it was a front nine to remember as he posted an 8-under 28. The blistering opening side saw Dann birdie six times and eagle the par-5 5th. Heading home Dann cooled a bit with a bogey on the 13th and another on the 18th.
Lawry Flynn, Blake Proverbs and Zach Murray are all tied for fourth at 5-under. In all 23 players are still within five shots of the Keperra Bowl lead after the first round.
