At Forest Creek, Reynolds opened with 74 and was tied for the lead with Josh Luongo. Reynolds followed with 75 for a one-shot victory over Dalton Hankamer, a Temple, Texas, resident who had rounds of 78-72.

Luongo, a Round Rock resident, tumbled to 77 in the second round to tie for third another shot back with Evan Vo. Luongo won this championship in 2016.
