The Vanderbilt Men's Golf team fired one of the more impressive final rounds you will see as a team to win the Inaugural Valero Texas Collegiate at TPC San Antonio OaksCourse in San Antonio, Tex.

The Commodores shot a 12-under final round to erase a three-shot deficit and win the tournament by five shots over TCU.

The 12-under 276 was the best round of the tournament by four shots (LSU shot a round two 280).

TCU finished in solo second place at 8-under, and Baylor finished in solo third place at 4-under. Virginia finished in solo fourth place at 1-under, and Oklahoma finished in solo fifth place at 1-over.

In the individual competition, Joe Sullivan of Florida Gulf Coast won in a playoff, earning an exemption into next year's Valero Texas Open.

Sullivan, Gustav Frimodt of TCU, and Johnny Keefer of Baylor all shot 6-under par to go to the three-man playoff.

Sullivan recorded a birdie on the second playoff hole to win the tournament.

Connor Gaunt of LSU finished in solo fourth place at 5-under.
