So Mi Lee of South Korea took a one-shot lead after 36 holes in the LPGA Q-Series. Lee carded an impressive second-round score of 65 at the Falls Course at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail at Magnolia Grove in Mobile, Alabama. The tournament features two challenging courses, the Par-72 Crossings Course and the Par-71 Falls Course.

Lee, a three-time winner on the LPGA of Korea, remained bogey-free in the second round while posting three birdies each on the front as well as the back nine, which helped her move from a first-round tied-4th place to the top of the leaderboard at 10-under.

All players played the opposite course of what they played in the first round, and many seemed to maximize the opportunities of playing a different course.

The American pair, consisting of Jennifer Song, a two-time winner on the Epson Tour, and Mina Harigae, a three-time victor on the Epson Tour, trail Lee by just one shot, both posting an impressive total of 9-under par. Song recorded rounds of 69-65, while Harigae carded 68-65, securing their tied-2nd position at 9-under.

Savannah Grewal, the former Clemson University standout who was T2 after the opening round, carded a 3-under 69 at the Crossings Course to slip two positions down to T4 on the leaderboard. Grewal is joined by Frenchwoman Pauline Roussin, 2023 LPGA Tour Rookie Hyo Joon Jang, 2023 Epson Tour winner Yue Ren, and Canadian Maddie Szeryk in a tie for fourth place at eight-under par after the second round.

There are still 72 holes left to play, during which the top 20 and ties will have the opportunity to qualify for LPGA Tour status in Category 14.
