The final round was a tough day for scoring, with no golfers in the Mid-Amateur Division or the Senior Division shooting an under-par round. Beck, Matthew McClean, and Scott Harvey shot the best round of the day, a 3-over 75.

Beck finished 2-under to win by three shots over Matthew McClean after rounds of 68-71-75. Beck's 3-over 75 consisted of three birdies and six bogeys. 

McClean finished in solo second place at 1-over, and Scott Harvey finished in solo third place at 2-over. Bobby Wyatt finished in solo fourth place at 3-over, and Andrew Bailey and Brad Nurski finished T5 at 4-over.

Beck put together an impressive 2023 campaign, winning medalist honors at the Crump Cup, finishing T4, and recording a runner-up finish at the 2023 U.S. Mid-Amateur to Stewart Hagestad. Hagestad also won the Crump Cup.

He has also finished in solo second place at this invitational in 2022 and 2023, and now he is the champion in 2024. 

McClean is ranked No. 1, and Beck is currently ranked No. 1 in the AmateurGolf.com Mid-Amateur Rankings. McClean won the 2022 U.S. Mid-Amateur. 

In the senior division, 2023 U.S. Walker Cup captain Mike McCoy finished even par to win by four shots over R.J. Nakashian.

McCoy shot rounds of 69-69-78, but the final round 6-over 78 was enough to give him still the four-shot win.

Chip Lutz and Gene Elliott finished T3 at 5-over, and Rupert Kellock and Roger Newsom finished T5 at 6-over.

McCoy is currently ranked No. 8 in the AmateurGolf.com Senior Rankings. 

Seminole Golf Club is considered by some to be the best course ever designed by Donald Ross and is certainly one of the very best courses in the entire Southeast U.S.

The course's genius is in the routing, which brilliantly utilizes a pair of dune ridges beside the Atlantic Ocean, and in the greens, which are subtly contoured and very fast. This, combined with the ever-present wind, allows Seminole to hold up well against the best amateur players at the Coleman Invitational.
