Kevin Yu won his first professional event at the Sanderson Farms Championship, finishing 23-under and defeating Beau Hossler in a playoff. Yu birdied No. 18 to force the playoff and then birdied it again on the first playoff hole to secure the win.
Yu, who played his collegiate golf at Arizona State, had a solid amateur career. At the 2018 Asian Games, he finished fourth in the individual competition and fifth in the team competition. He has also competed at the Nomura Cup in 2013 and 2015, the Eisenhower Trophy in 2014 and 2016, the Bonallack Trophy in 2016, and the Arnold Palmer Cup in 2019.
Yu won three individual collegiate titles and finished third behind Matthew Wolff in the individual competition at the 2019 NCAA Division I Men's Golf Championship. He also won the Australian Master of the Amateurs in 2019 and qualified for the 2018, 2019, and 2020 U.S. Opens.

This is another win for the Paradym Ai Smoke Driver family this year, highlighted by three major victories. Ai Smoke is also the No. 1 selling driver in the U.S. in 2024, per Golf Datatech. It's also another win for the Chrome Tour Golf Ball lineup, which has earned three major wins as well this year.
Odyssey is the No. 1 Putter at another PGA TOUR event, led by the continued success of the Ai-ONE Putter lineup, Ai-ONE Milled lineup, and Jailbird models. In fact, Odyssey has been the No. 1 Putter throughout the year, including at Augusta, at The PLAYERS Championship, and at the PGA Championship.
The Ai-ONE inserts are designed to create more consistent ball speed across the face.
