Andy Roberts of Owensboro, Ky., holds the 36-hole lead at the 2024 Dixie Senior and Mid-Master Invitational at Eagle Trace Golf Club in Coral Springs, Fla.
Roberts struggled in the first round, shooting a 1-over 73, but bounced back with a 5-under 67 to get to 4-under and take a one-shot lead with one round remaining at Eagle Trace.
The Kentucky native recorded seven birdies and two bogeys, including birdies on holes No. 1, 2, and 5 and holes No. 15, 16, and 17 to close his round.
Haymes Snedeker of Daphne, Ala., the older brother of nine-time PGA Tour winner Brandt Snedeker, is T2 at 3-under after holding the first-round lead. Shaw Pritchett of Montgomery, Ala., and Joshua Rhodes of Padcuah, Ky., are also T2 with Snedeker at 3-under.

Snedeker was an all-conference player his senior year at Ole Miss in 1999 and a four-time academic All-American. The elder Snedeker remained amateur and instead went to law school. At age 32, he became one of the nation’s youngest municipal court judges.
Those four golfers are the only players in the Mid-Master Division under par. Bryan Rusin of Denver, Colo., is in solo fifth place at 1-over.
In the Senior Division, Chad Ibbotson of Sanford, Fla., shot an even-par 72 in the second round to hold his lead at 4-under. Glenn Przybylski of Frankfort, Ill., and John Wright of Fairhope, Ala., are 2-under and T2.
Chris Peddicord is in solo fourth place at 1-under, and Tony Hejna of Juno Beach, Fla., is in solo fifth place at even-par.
In the Super Senior Division, Gregory Goode of Salina, Kan., holds a four-shot lead at 5-under. Tyson Terry of Perrysburg, Ohio, is in solo second place at 1-under, and James Starnes of Fort Meyers, Fla., is in solo third place at 1-over.
