Round three was led again by Paula Reto of South Africa and NCAA Champion Purdue University, whose 2 under par 70 increased her lead (-5) from 1 shot to a five shot margin going into the final round. Holly Clyburn of England fired a 72 to catch Bradenton, Florida’s Ginger Howard for a second place tie at even par (216).
Taylor Collins of Davie, Florida and Nova Southeastern University is tied with Kailey Walsh of Boca Raton, Florida and Annie Park of Levittown, NY, 7 strokes back at 2 over par 218.
The Women’s Senior Dixie concluded today with Defending Champion and three time US Women’s Senior Amateur Champion Diane Lang of Jamaica and Weston, FL, winning by six shots over Mimi Hoffman of Springfield, Va. Anna Schultz of Rockwall, TX, fired the low Senior round of the tournament with her final round 73 taking third place at 231
