Harder Hall Women's: Charley Hull bests Ariya and Moriya Jutanugarn
Charley Hull
SEBRING, Fla. (Jan. 8, 2012) -- The 57th Harder Hall Women’s Invitational finished in perfect weather conditions contributing to sub-par golf. Charley Hull from Northants, England shot 69 to hold off Ariya and Moriya Jutanugarn, the whiz kids from Bangkok, Thailand. Charley finished at 6 under par, 282 while Ariya finished at 284 and Moriya followed at 285. It was truly an international field with Perrine Delacour from France coming in fourth.
Other countries represented included Canada, Scotland, Mexico and Columbia. This strong field enjoyed a much improved Harder Hall Country Club, with new enlarged greens and redone bunkers.
The newly crowned Champion Charley Hull plans to accept an invitation from the LPGA and Symetra Tour to the 2012 Florida’s Natural Charity Classic, March 19 -25 at the Lake Region Yacht and Country Club in Winter Haven, Florida.
The Ben Roman Division Champion was Denise Callahan from Canton, Ohio. The Forever Forty-Nine prize was claimed by Martha Leach of Hebron, Kentucky.
