Chip Lutz maintains lead at Florida Azalea Senior

PALATKA, Fla. (Mar 10, 2012) -- After round two of the Florida Azalea Senior, defending champion Chip Lutz is still in the lead. With a second round 72 after an opening round 64 Lutz sits at 136, but Tom Sykes and Bill Zystra are in striking distance at 138, both shooting 68, 70.
A second round 68 by Ronnie Tumlin moved him up the leaderboard and he is tied for fourth with Dick Pfeil, Ken Palladino and W. Himelsbaugh, all at 141.
In the super senior flight Ted Smith leads alone at 142 (70-72) after first round co-leader Gus Cozina shot 77 in his second round and dropped to a tie for 6th at 147 (70-77.) Brad Franks and Brian Sachs trail Smith by two at 144 and are tied for second. Fred Piel holds fourth at 145.
