Houston, Texas (April 23, 2012) -- The Las Vegas duo of Brady Exber and Kevin Marsh won their third Champions Cup title yesterday, albeit with a little help from the field and perhaps even more from tough golf course.

"We were fortunate that nobody really played well today," said Marsh to the Houston Chronicle after the round. "The pins were tough, and it's a tough golf course. And a bunch of old guys out here walking for four days - we're all pretty tired." Exber, a retired casino executive and Marsh, a commercial real estate developer, won the event in 2010 and shared the title in 2009 with the team of Buzz Baker and Mike Booker.

Exber and Marsh, who carded 68-66-68-69--271, began the day two strokes back of the eventual third place team of Gary Durbin and Gregory Horodesky (62-70-69-72--273).A trio of birdies at holes 13, 14 and 15 were key for the Vegas pair's one stroke victory over Brian Kennedy and partner Daniel Russo who posted scores of 63-69-71-69--272.

Owen Joyner and partner Randy Lance carded 69-65-68-71--273 for a piece of third place as did Ben Wheeler and Kyle Williams (67-69-70-67--273).
