Phil Pleat wins again at New Hampshire Mid-Am

NEW DURHAM, N.H. (Sept. 20, 2012) -- Nashua Country Club's Phil Pleat came from six shots back to win the New Hampshire Mid-Amateur on Wednesday at Lake Winnipesaukee Golf Club.
Pleat's final round of 1-under 71 was good enough for a three-day total of 224 and a two-stroke victory over local golfers Brett Wilson (Golf Club of New England) and Craig Steckowych (Portsmouth Country Club). Steckowych, of Greenland, shot a 79 after entering the final round with a two-shot lead. Wilson shot 72.
