Brockermeyer, Engel hang on at SCGA Fousomes
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. (March 5, 2013) -- First-round leaders Brent Brockermeyer and Dick Engel held onto their lead to win the 2013 SCGA Foursomes Championship at Red Hill Country Club.

The duo shot a final-round 74 to keep pace with a surge from the runners-up, Jerry and Jim Chang, who were one shot off the pace after matching Brockermeyer and Engel in final-round action.

"Red Hill is a tough track with really severe greens," said Brockermeyer, who joined with Engel to take a third-place finish at this event last year. "Our biggest goal was to miss on the correct side of the greens, and keep the ball in play, which we did for the most part.

"It was fun coming down the stretch. Jerry and Jim Chang kept the pressure on, but we made a good two putt on 18 to win."

Gary Robinson and John Kollus were third, two shots behind the winners.
