SIGNAL MOUNTAIN, Tenn. (May 19, 2013) -- Davin White shot a red-hot 6-under 64 in Round 2 to jump into the lead at the 2013 Signal Mountain Invitational on Saturday and after rain washed away Sunday's final round, he was declared the winner.
White opened play with a 73 and was among those in contention but trailed first-round leader Matt Robertson by four shots. He posted the round of the tournament on Saturday, though, and took a one-shot lead over Riley Davenport into Sunday's final round.
Davenport had signed for rounds of 70-68 and hoped to make a move in the final round.
Tied for third place were Cody Godfrey (71-68) and Robertson (69-70).
Bill Hardin, Brandon Cissom, Mitch Hufstetler and Nick Helle tied for the title in the B-Flight.
Bryan Burger, Jimmy Mcgarry, Jordan White, Luke Hamilton, Paul Stagmeier and Wes Gilliland were tied at the top of the C-Fight.
