CASTLE PINES, Colorado (May 29, 2013) -- The Charlie Coe Invitational, one of the premier four ball events in the U.S., is underway in Colorado.
Jeff Knox and Tripp Kuhlke opened play Wednesday with a 66 and lead the field by one shot.
Brooks Ratzlaff and Tyler Leon are second after a first-round 67 while the teams of Brooks Andrisen and Bobby Murray, Ted Neville and Andy Latowski and Paras Pandya and Thomas Lesparance sit in a tie for third place at 68.
Jim Grane and Hunter Nelson lead the Senior Division by one shot after an opening-round 65.

The Charlie Coe Invitational, organized by Mike
Timbers, is played every other year to honor one of
the greatest amateurs ever. 54-hole two-man
team event for mid-amateurs and seniors,
max handicap combined 4.0. Starting in 2020, the
tournament uses the International Stableford Scoring
system that was created by Jack Vickers for The
