DUMFRIES, Scotland (May 31, 2013) — Nathan Kimsey of England fired an opening round 66 to take a two shot lead over Richard O'Donovan and Garrick Porteous.

Kimsey's three-under par 66, along with O'Donovan and Porteous at one-under 68, are the only players in the 144-man field under par.

Australian Brady Watt — current world No. 2 ranked amateur golfer — shot 73 (+4) and is T38.
