Jessica Guiser leads the Florida Gators to a home sweep at Gator Women's Invitational

Florida freshman Jessica Guiser earned her first collegiate win and helped the Florida Gators to the team sweep at the 2025 Florida Gators Women's Invitational at The Mark Bostick Golf Course in Gainesville, Fla.
Guiser, who participated as an individual, carded rounds of 68-69-69 to finish 4-under and win by one shot. Guiser was ranked as the No. 1 golfer in Wisconsin in the Class of 2024 and was a three-time Wisconsin PGA Junior Champion (2022, 2023, 2024).
Pimpisa Sisutham of UCF finished in solo second place at 3-under, and Amanda Sambach of Virginia, Katharina Schroll of South Alabama, and Nicole Gal of Ole Miss finished T3 at 2-under to round out the top five.
In the team competition, Florida claimed its fourth victory of the season, finishing at 9-over. The Gators carded team rounds of 282-282-285 to win by two shots.
Virginia finished in solo second place at 11-over, and Ole Miss finished in solo third place at 14-over.
Six Florida golfers finished in top-23, led by Guiser's first collegiate victory at 4-under 206. The last time Florida swept both the team and individual titles at the home tournament was in 2021.
According to Florida Athletics, the win by Guiser marks the second Florida freshman to win the Gators Invitational in program history, joining Riko Higashio (1996), becoming the eleventh Florida golfer to earn medalist honors at the home tournament and just fourth underclassmen: Annabell Fuller (2021) and Sandral Gal (2006).
