Six regionals are currently underway from May 5 to May 7, with 72 teams vying for 30 spots in the NCAA Division I women's championship, which will be held from May 16 to May 21 in Carlsbad, California, at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa. The University of Texas will be playing host, and the final three days of the championships will be televised live by the GOLF Channel.
Six 54-hole regional competitions will be played in regional play to determine the participants in the championship finals. In each regional, 12 teams and six individuals not on those teams will compete.
The top five teams and the individual not on those teams will advance to the finals. Beginning in 2024, the team champions will receive regional champion awards.

Charlottesville Regional
Birdwood Golf Course, Charlottesville, Va.
SEC Champions South Carolina got off to a hot start, shooting a team score of 7-under 277. UCLA and Ole Miss are chasing the Gamecocks at 3-under and 2-under, while Florida is in solo fourth place at 1-under.
In the individual competition, Paula Francisco of Florida and Louise Rydqvist of South Carolina both shot rounds of 4-under 67 to take a one-shot lead into the second round. Kajsalotta Svarvar of Ole Miss and Anglea Liu of UCLA are T3 at 3-under. Four South Carolina golfers are currently in the top eleven.

Columbus Regional
OSU Golf Club, Columbus, Ohio
The home team of Ohio State shot a team round of 9-under to take a three-shot lead into the second round. Arkansas is in solo second place at 6-under, and LSU is in solo third place at 4-under. UNLV and Kent State are T4 at 1-under to round out the top five.
In the individual competition, Nellie Ong of Ohio State is leading the Buckeyes and the field after a round of 6-under 66 after bouncing back from an early bogey on hole No. 2. She then recorded seven birdies on the final 16 holes. Kendall Todd of Arkansas and Isabel Brozena of Xavier are T2 at 5-under and one shot back of Ong.

Gold Canyon Regional
Superstition Mountain Golf & Country Club, Gold Canyon, Ariz.
Arizona State and Oklahoma State were the two teams to shoot under par in the opening round, as the Sun Devils are in first place at 2-under and the Cowboys are at 1-under. Oregon and Auburn are T3 at 1-over and Mississippi State is in solo fifth place at 3-over.
In the individual competition, Davina Xanh of CSU Fullerton and Anna Davis of Auburn are tied at the top of the leaderboard at 3-under. Xanh recorded five birdies and two bogeys with a 33 on the back nine, while Davis recorded three birdies and no bogeys and also shot a 33 on the back nine.

Lexington Regional
Keene Trace Golf Club, Lexington, Ky.
ACC champions Florida State pulled away from the field in the opening round, shooting a 7-under 281 to take a seven shot lead into the second round. The Seminoles were the lone team to shoot an under par first round. Kansas State and Georgia Southern are T2 at even par. USC is in solo fourth place at 1-over and TCU is in solo fifth place at 4-over.
In the individual competition, Mirabel Ting of Florida State continues her incredible season and is in solo first place at 4-under. Julia Zigrossi of Western Kentucky is in solo second place at 3-under and six golfers are T3 at 2-under, including Catherine Park of USC.

Lubbock Regional
The Rawls Course, Lubbock, Tex.
Due to forecasted inclement weather, the Lubbock Regional has finished two rounds of golf this point. Wake Forest leads the field by eight shots at even par, while Texas is at 8-over and in solo second place. It is a two team race, with Texas holding an 18 shot lead over Iowa State and Arizona.
In the individual competition, only two golfers are under par through 36 holes. Carolina Chacarra of Wake Forest is in solo first place at 4-under, while Farah O'Keefe of Texas is in solo second place at 2-under. Chloe Kovelesky and Macy Pate of Wake Forest are T3 at even par. Four Wake Forest golfers are currently in the top eight.

Norman Regional
Oklahoma Jimmie Austin Golf Club, Norman, Okla.
Due to forecasted inclement weather, rounds one and two were played Monday in Norman, with Stanford taking a lead early, to no one's surprise. The Cardinals shot a first round 12-under and followed it up with a second round 4-under to get to 16-under and take a five shot lead into the third and final round. Northwestern is in solo third place at 11-under and Michigan State is in solo third place at 3-under.
In the individual competition, freshman star Meta Ortengren of Stanford, Ashley Yun of Northwestern, and Hsin Tai Lin of Northwestern are all tied at the top of the leaderboard at 5-under. 14 golfers are within five shots of the leaders.
