Oklahoma 4-Ball: Funk, Wilkins roll
OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. (May 16, 2011) -- Daniel Funk and Preston Wilkins joined to rout the competition at the 2011 Oklahoma Golf Association Four-Ball Championship.
Funk and Wilkins were five shots better than the runners-up, Jeff Coffman and Brian Birchell, who shared the lead with the victors heading into Tuesday's final round. The winners finished with a stellar 18-under total for the two rounds.
The 9-under Funk and Wilkins were able to put together in the final round was clearly the difference maker.
