Wood takes Oklahoma Stroke Play
NORMAN, Okla. (August 7, 2013) — Hayden Wood captured the Oklahoma Stroke Play Championship title firing a 3-under par 207 for the 3 day event.
Wood fired a final-round 66, helping him to come from behind and claim a one-stroke victory.
Oklahoma State golfer Brendon Jelley, who held a share of the second-round lead, shot 71 on Wednesday to fall into a tie for second place.

Oklahoma Stroke Play
Open to amateurs who are residents of Oklahoma,
or
full time students of an Oklahoma College or
University. Participants must be a member of the
OGA.
Format is 54 Holes of stroke play. There
will be a cut to the low 30 and ties after 36 Holes of
stroke play.
