The championship matches are set at the 2024 East Lake Cup at the newly renovated East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta, Ga.
Georgia Tech and Auburn will compete on the men's side, and USC and LSU will compete on the women's side.
In the men's semifinals, No. 1 Georgia Tech took down No. 4 Ohio State 4 to 1 in the first semifinal, with Aidan Tran, Albert Hansson, Kale Fontenot, and Hiroshi Tai all securing a point for Georgia Tech. Jack Votjko of Ohio State had a great tournament, earning the sole point for the Buckeyes and earning medalist honors in the stroke play portion.
No. 2 Auburn took down No. 3 Florida State 3 and 2 to earn a date with Georgia Tech in the final. Ryan Eshleman, Josiah Gilbert, and Brendan Valdes secured the three points for the Tigers.
“I think we figured out how to play the golf course,” Georgia Tech head coach Bruce Heppler told the East Lake Cup. “Short side is almost impossible to get the ball up and down. Hopefully, the few extra rounds that we got because we're members here and played a little bit as part of our place is helping. But it's very demanding. If you hit it in the wrong spot, it's tough. So, I think it's great to learn how to play the right way, and marginal shots are punished. Hopefully, we've got a good plan, and we'll just keep sticking to it.”
“I learned our team has a lot of guts, and they've got a lot of heart,” Auburn head coach Nick Clinard told the East Lake Cup. “I knew that going into the year, but you want to make sure they have enough humility and don't get too complacent coming off a national championship. They're pretty motivated, and we know that we've just got to put it all together. We've got great depth at home, we've got great culture, and we're looking forward to having a little bit of an offseason and then getting ready for spring.”
Luke Clanton of Florida State faced off against Jackson Koivun in a heavyweight battle, with Clanton coming out on top 3 and 2.
Clanton is currently ranked No. 1, and Koivun is ranked No. 5 in the Golfweek/AmateurGolf.com World Rankings.

On the women's side, No. 1 USC took down No. 4 Oregon 3 and 2, and No. 2 LSU took down No. 3 Oregon 3 and 2 to set up the USC and LSU final
For USC, Catherine Park, Kylie Chong, and Cindy Kou all secured points to give the Trojans the win. For LSU, Aine Donegan, Josefin Widal, and Rocio Tejeda secured points to get the win.
“The mindset we had today was kind of… if it's meant to be, it's up to me,” LSU head coach Garrett Runion told the East Lake Cup. “Kind of had that mindset of your point is the deciding point. Like many of these matches, it always comes down to one towards the end and thankfully we were on the right side of that one today.”
Park is currently ranked No. 4 in the Golfweek/AmateurGolf.com Women's Rankings.
“I think we just tried to sharpen up a little bit today,” USC head coach Justin Silverstein told the East Lake Cup. “We're obviously still trying to get a feel for the green speeds. I think we did better today from what I saw. They've gotten progressively faster each day we've been here. The firmness hasn't changed, they've just been crazy firm the whole time but they have gotten faster. I think we're doing a good job adjusting.”
The championship matches will be aired on the Golf Channel on Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET.
